The copper heating system of the Moccamaster maintains a stable and ideal temperature for perfect extraction. This technology prevents any aroma degradation due to excessive heat, thus ensuring consistent quality. Once extraction is complete, the coffee is kept at 80°C for 40 minutes, preserving its temperature and taste qualities, even during extended service periods.
