How to prepare a delicious hot chocolate?

The simplest recipe:Place 2 teaspoons of Monbana powdered chocolate in a mug. Pour hot milk. Mix vigorously. Your chocolate is ready.

The most traditional recipe:Put everything back in the saucepan and let simmer for 1 minute. Your chocolate will be even more creamy and fragrant.

How to make a deliciousMonbana spicy floral cocktail ?

Ingredients :

  • 40g ofMonbana Powdered Chocolate(About 2 heaping tablespoons)
  • 400ml of whole milk
  • A fresh Espelette pepper
  • A few olive oil caramel shards
  • A pinch of salted butter caramel sugar
  • A jasmine flower

Preparation:

  1. Prepare thehot chocolatein a saucepan,grandmother style: Pour the milk into the saucepan and add the fresh Espelette pepper, let infuse and bring to a boil. Then strain the milk through a fine sieve to remove pepper residues. Then add the Monbana powdered chocolate and create an emulsion with a whisk. Finally reheat the chocolate.
  2. Pour the hot chocolate into the cup
  3. Add thecaramel shards, the pinch of caramel sugar.
  4. When serving, place a jasmine flower.
  5. And finally enjoy!!
