Monin recipe idea: Mango passion smoothie

You will need:

  • 45 ml of Monin Mango Fruit Purée
  • 100 ml of passion fruit juice
  • 1 piece of lime

 

Preparation:

  • Pour the ingredients into a blender
  • Add ice cubes
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour into a glass
  • Serve with a straw

Sugar, concentrated mango purée, water, natural flavoring, thickener: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, safflower extract. Contains the equivalent of 50.1% mango purée.
