Monin recipe idea: Rhubarb Smoothie
You will need:
- 30 ml Monin Fruit Rhubarb puree
- 1 spoon of Monin Yogurt Frappé
- 120 ml milk
- 10 ml lemon juice
Preparation:
- Pour ingredients into a blender
- Add ice cubes
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into a glass
- Serve with a straw
