Monin recipe idea: Cherry Mojito

You will need:

  • 30 ml Monin Cherry Fruit Purée
  • 40 ml light rum*
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 half lime
  • Sparkling water
  • Garnish: Mint Sprig, Lemon Slice

 

Preparation:

  • Crush the lime, mint and Monin Fruit at the bottom of a glass
  • Top with crushed ice
  • Pour the other ingredients except the sparkling drink
  • Top with the sparkling drink
  • Mix and serve
