Monks' Tea - Palais des Thés

Derived from an ancient recipe developed in a Tibetan monastery, the Monks' Tea is distinguished by a rare blend with unique flavors.
 
In Tibet , a popular legend tells of a community of monks who concocted in the strictest secrecy a blend of tea , plants and flowers . A few days of maceration later, the tea leaves were carefully selected and set aside.
 
Through this mysterious alchemy, the monks transformed tea into gold and gave Monks' Tea its remarkable aroma.

Ingredients : black tea (68%) and green tea (30%) (China, India, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Java), jasmine flowers, flavors, calendula petals. May contain tree nuts.

Palais des Thés

Palais des Thés is a tea house created in 1986 by François-Xavier Delmas. This pioneer is driven by the desire to seek out teas in their countries of origin, directly from the producers.

He defines himself as a "tea researcher". From his travels he brings back his expertise; and from his passion for tea numerous recipes are born, including the Thé du Hammam created in 1998 which remains a reference for Palais des Thés to this day. Other references are now available, ready to take you on a journey into the authentic universe of this tea house.
