Palais des Thés

Palais des Thés is a tea house created in 1986 by François-Xavier Delmas. This visionary is driven by the desire to go find teas in their countries of origin, directly from the producers.

He defines himself as a "tea seeker". From his travels he brings back his expertise; and from his passion for tea numerous recipes will be born, including the Thé du Hammam created in 1998 which is still today a reference of Palais des Thés. Other references are now available, ready to take you on a journey into the authentic universe of this tea house.
