This capsule machine has an interesting and very modern design, which can appeal to those who don't like classic capsule machines. It is not too wide, but is quite deep. The water tank has a good capacity (1.3 L) which offers nice autonomy for a pod machine. Its oval shape, however, does not allow the filled tank to be placed flat.

The Neo pods are a very nice discovery. Besides the innovation that the brand has put into the design of these totally compostable pods (in 6 months, they completely disintegrate), the drinks are varied and their preparation very fast - note that there is no decaffeinated drink. Nevertheless, even if the Neo pods are very high quality in taste, freshly ground coffee beans (as on a bean-to-cup coffee machine) offer a more aromatic extraction, and the very diverse variety of coffee beans allows to satisfy all tastes.

The machine cleans itself after each use, you are assured of having circuits free of traces from previous drinks when you prepare a new one; the downside being that the cleaning water ends up in the pod recovery tray, which has a small capacity. Moreover, like all capsule machines, its cost per cup is higher than with other coffee maker models or even bean-to-cup coffee machines. If these models are more expensive to purchase, they are more economical in the long run since they use less expensive consumables.
