During the preparation of your extraction, you can also modify the temperature across 3 different levels. Furthermore, you have the possibility to adjust the cup length from 20 to 240 ml.You have the possibility to customize each step of the extraction according to your wishes, or to save your favorite settings via the menu available on the screen. The Aroma Balance System integrated into the series 8 of Nivona coffee machines allows you to act directly on the pre-infusion process. Simply modify the pressure and the amount of water injected during the pre-infusion to reveal various aromatic nuances. During our tests, we performed five extractions with identical parameters, with the exception of the Aroma Balance System. How to maintain the Nivona 8101

The maintenance steps for bean-to-cup coffee machines are essential. The device alerts you when the bean hopper is empty, which avoids any waste during an incomplete extraction. Here are the key elements to maintain:

• The spout rinsing : The device performs this operation automatically at power on and power off. The objective is to eliminate residues through effective rinsing.
• The brewing unit: Weekly rinsing is necessary to eliminate residual grounds after extractions.
• The filter cartridge : This machine accepts Nivona filter cartridges, which allow you to purify tap water and protect your device against limescale.
• The descaling : This step is essential to eliminate limescale from your machine. In case of omission, limescale damages the internal circuit, causes leaks and/or less hot drinks.
  • The milk circuit : It maintains itself automatically! Once the preparation is finished, simply connect the tube to the drip tray, the device will send steam to eliminate residues.
