This Nivona 795 bean-to-cup coffee machine features a TFT screen combined with a rotary selection button. All drinks are displayed in a carousel, the selection button allowing you to navigate and choose the desired recipe. You can customize your drink in real time (during extraction) to adapt it to your tastes. In addition, all default recipes are configurable to save your preferences. You can also memorize up to 5 customizable "my coffee" recipes.

Various settings are available:

• Coffee strength: 5 levels (amount of coffee to grind)
• Cup volume: from 25 to 240 ml per cup
• Temperature: 3 levels
• Aroma Balance: 3 levels (extraction profile and pre-infusion for a more or less full-bodied coffee)

This Nivona 795 bean-to-cup coffee machine offers a wide range of coffee and milk drinks: espresso, coffee, americano, cappuccino, latte macchiato and hot milk / milk foam

Its One Touch Spumatore system allows you to make a milk recipe completely autonomously, you just need to press the dedicated button such as cappuccino or latte macchiato. The Barista Style Cappucino technology allows you to obtain a perfectly controlled milk-based drink, excellent creaminess and balanced aromas.

This Nivona 795 bean-to-cup coffee machine also offers the possibility of dispensing hot water, adjustable over 3 temperature levels. This function is ideal for preparing your teas and herbal teas.

Finally, this CafeRomatica espresso grinder is equipped with a ground coffee chute, one dose, allowing you to use pre-ground coffee, perfect for a decaffeinated option.

Nivona bean-to-cup espresso machine: simplified maintenance

Maintaining Nivona bean-to-cup coffee machines is effortless. First, it is recommended to insert a filter cartridge in the water tank to eliminate limescale as much as possible but also to improve the taste purity of the water and preserve the aromas of your coffee beans. This filter should be changed approximately every 2 months. Furthermore, it is essential to clean the coffee brewing unit weekly with lukewarm water, in order to remove oils and coffee grounds residues. Finally, this Nivona coffee machine includes an automatic descaling program that will notify you when this operation is required.
