The Souffle d'été oolong tea by Dammann Frères is a semi-fermented tea (halfway between unoxidized green tea and fully oxidized black tea). It is flavored with apricot, rhubarb and elderflower which contributes to its very fruity character. It is the perfect tea to refresh your mind at the beginning of summer.

Offered in loose leaf, it is convenient to measure; you can prepare one or more cups as you wish. Use 4 g of tea for a standard mug. Let your tea steep for four to five minutes in water ideally at 90°C. Enjoy hot and let yourself be carried away by its fruity notes.

Ingredients : oolong tea (camellia sinensis), flavors (apricot, elderflower, rhubarb), flower petals.
