The acidity is quite present, which will add liveliness to the cup.
This blend is from organic agriculture and Fair Trade (label Max Havelaar).

The Guatemalan coffee used for this blend comes from the Apodip cooperative located near the Sierra de Las Minas Biosphere Reserve, one of the richest ecological reserves in Central America.
500 coffee producers work on site and grow coffee.
The Arabica grown there benefits from excellent climatic conditions.
