Palais des Thés is a tea house founded in 1986 by François-Xavier Delmas. This pioneer shares this ambition: to discover teas in their terroirs of origin, in direct contact with producers.

His expeditions allow him to acquire unique expertise; and it is from this passion that numerous creations are born, including the Thé du Hammam launched in 1998 which remains today an icon of Palais des Thés.
