The OutIn Nano offers features specially designed for mobile use and simplicity: everything starts with a single button that activates heating then extraction, eliminating complex settings. The device is ready in 200 seconds.
It accepts two usage modes: ground coffee or capsules, offering great versatility depending on the context. Day or night, at home or in the great outdoors, a single click is enough to enjoy an exceptional espresso.
To ensure extraction worthy of a countertop machine, the OutInNano relies on several key elements: an implicit pre-infusion system via rapid rise to stable temperature (~92°C).
Temperature control is ensured by the self-heating system. It is also possible to use hot water directly (≈90°C), which saves battery energy while maintaining excellent results in the cup. This flexibility ideally suits nomadic enthusiasts with a thermos of hot water or a portable kettle.
The "2-in-1" extraction technology enables capsule + ground coffee use, optimizing aromatic performance. It is equipped with a 7500 mAh rechargeable battery — up to 5 extractions with cold water or over 200 with hot water.
You can adapt your recipe (short espresso, lungo) by adjusting the water volume (50–80ml). The interface is minimalist with battery indicators, USBC port, car charging possible 12V/24V.
The OutIn Nano Portable travel coffee maker is very simple to use!
1. Make sure the battery is fully charged. If the LEDs are blinking, this indicates low battery.
2. For capsule : insert the provided capsule adapter, place the capsule without piercing it yourself. For ground coffee : use the included filter, dose (~5-8 g) according to the instructions, tamp lightly. To obtain a fresh grind, you can pair this portable coffee maker with the Fino OutIn coffee grinder.
3. Open the reservoir, fill it with water up to the recommended mark. Close the lid carefully.
4. Screw the portafilter (equipped with the capsule or ground basket) onto the machine in a perfectly watertight manner. Insufficient fastening could compromise extraction.
5. Cold water extraction : Hold the pressure for 2 seconds: the machine heats up then automatically starts extraction as soon as the temperature is reached (~92 °C).
6. Hot water extraction : Hold for 5 seconds or press twice in rapid succession. When the water is already hot (preheated), extraction is significantly faster.
7: As soon as extraction is complete, the machine automatically shuts off. Otherwise, press the button once for manual stop.
The machine is supplied with : a capsule adapter, a ground coffee basket, a measuring spoon, a USB type-C cable and a coffee cup.
To make a double espresso, you can equip the machine with a 2-cup filter (16-18g). In case of lost accessories, an adapter kit is available.
