Philips bean-to-cup coffee machines work withAquaclean filter cartridges! These cartridges allow you tosignificantly postpone descaling: approximately every 5,000 cups. However, you must remember to replace it approximately every two months. This helps limit limescale for good flavor in the cup and to preserve your coffee machine.

The brewing unit is removable. You can thus extract it and rinse it with lukewarm water. This operation is necessary approximately once a week.

When descaling is required, the machine alerts you. Be sure to use only acompatible item !

If you replace the Aquaclean filter as soon as your machine prompts you to, descaling will only be necessary after preparing a maximum of 5,000 cups. One cartridge allows for 650 cups, which is approximately 6 cartridges over a 2-year period.
