2. Run an espresso at maximum intensity (without coffee): repeat the operation until the product has completely disappeared from the hopper.
3. Pour coffee beans
4. Perform new extractions at maximum intensity : check the coffee grounds: it must be 100% coffee. If white traces remain, continue extractions until they disappear.
