The Kottea EVE seduces with its simple and regular character. For moderate professional use (offices, small customer spaces), it perfectly fulfills its mission: quick startup, intuitive use, and remarkable consistency from cup to cup. Its capacities remain modest, so it will not be suitable for high daily volume, but for a small team or a reception area, it proves truly perfect.
What particularly seduced me is the balance between compactness and extraction quality. The crema is always there, the coffee remains balanced, and the experience stays pleasant.
