The interface with a 4.3" screen, horizontal and readable from all angles, retains the iconic characteristics of the E71 range. This interface relies on Newton electronics: the number and color of programmable dose buttons are customizable.

Technical specifications of the Faema E71 Touch (2 groups)

- GTi thermal system with independent boilers. Water for coffee is directed to the boilers where it is brought to the desired extraction temperature. Customize the temperature of each coffee group as well as the total extraction time: this depends on the amount of water and the contact time required during the pre-infusion phase.

- The Smart Boiler system optimizes the accumulation of energy stored in the boiler: enjoy constant boiler pressure and maximum steam production even during intensive use.

- Main boiler capacity: 7 liters.

- The Energy Saving which allows the boiler pressure to be lowered when the machine is not used for a prolonged period. This technology offers significant energy savings.

- 2 steam wands ergonomic stainless steel with levers and a hot water outlet dedicated.

- Milk Precision System : milk foam is prepared cold, with air only, or hot with steam. Customize the milk temperature for each type of drink.

- Automatic Washing Cleaning (AWS) : Throughout the day, the machine performs programmable wash cycles. Cleaning is carried out exclusively with cleaning water during operation, and with specific detergents before shutdown, at the end of your service.

This stainless steel model features Matt Black finishes, the same color used on the soft touch finishes of the steam wands and stainless steel filter holder handles.
