FIRST LINE
This infusion is made from whole green tea leaves from 3 distinct varieties: Chinese Sencha, Indian Oothu and Vietnamese Suoi Gang. The leaves are then combined with matcha powder for optimal energy boost. To prepare your tea bag, heat 20 cl of water to 80° Celsius. Let the water rest for 1 minute, pour it into your cup then immerse the tea bag for 3 to 4 minutes. Excessive temperature risks burning the leaves and developing astringency, which would mask the subtle vegetal notes of this preparation.
Ingredients : Sencha green tea leaves (34%), Oothu tea leaves (32%), Suoi Gang green tea leaves (32%), Matcha powder (2%).
