Take care of your coffee machine with Puly Caff

For a professional espresso machine, cleaning must be done daily:

• Put one teaspoon (3 to 5 grams) of Puly CAFF in the blind filter (also called filter without hole or blind filter)
• Run water as if preparing a coffee; wait 15 seconds
• Empty, rinse and repeat the operation several times without powder (5 to 6 times)
• To finish, pull an espresso with your 'normal filter' and discard.

Periodic cleaning of cups and portafilter:

• Prepare a solution of very hot water and Puly CAFF (10 grams or 3 teaspoons) per liter of water
• Soak the parts for at least one hour (possibly overnight)
• Then rinse thoroughly
• Puly Caff is strongly not recommended for machines with aluminum filter and portafilter

Puly Caff is strongly not recommended for machines with aluminum filter and portafilter.
