510g Puly Caff cleaning powder

Ensure lasting maintenance of your machine's group head, portafilter and filters

For a professional espresso machine, cleaning must be performed daily:

Put one teaspoon (3 to 5 grams) of Puly CAFF in the blind filter (also called filter without hole or blind filter)
Run water as for a coffee; wait 15 seconds
Empty, rinse and repeat the operation without powder several times (5 to 6 times)
To finish, pull an espresso with your 'normal filter' and empty.

Periodic cleaning of cups and portafilter:

Prepare a solution with very hot water and Puly CAFF (10 grams or 3 teaspoons) per liter of water
Immerse the parts for at least one hour (possibly overnight)
Then rinse thoroughly

Puly Caff is strongly not recommended on machines equipped with aluminum filter and portafilter

Use for professional espresso machine and espresso machines of type:Oscar by Nuova Simonelli, Silvia by Rancilio, Lelit (except the PL 51), certain La Pavoni (PCL) and more generally all machines stamped 'Back Flushable'.
