Experts confirm it: the PURITY C Finest system provides water with a ideal mineral composition for espressos. This is particularly important for the consistency of the crema and the flavor of the coffee, thus meeting the criteria defining an ideal espresso in Italy. Specialized sensory analysis professionals have confirmed this.

With the Purity C1100 Finestyou can filter on average 6,000L of water for a dispenser. That is the equivalent of 59,000 cups for a coffee machine or approximately 350kg of coffee/year (capacity evaluated with water hardness at 10°Kh which is the national average).

We recommend that you perform a test to evaluate your water hardness beforehand using a hardness test. This test will allow you to identify the cartridge model you need.

To complete your cartridge, you will need a Brita connection head (sold separately) as well as two compatible fittings (also sold separately).

For tracking your consumption, you can equip yourself with a flow meter, which will indicate when to change the cartridge.
