Preparing Italian coffee has never been more intuitive. Water (bottled or filtered) and ground coffee are enough. Choose a grind dedicated to Italian coffee makers; this granulometry corresponds to the extraction method specific to moka.
Fill the water reservoir up to the valve, insert the filter and fill it with ground coffee without compacting. Screw on the top, then heat. When the liquid stops rising, the brewing is complete. Then enjoy your hot coffee.
