Designed for baristas wanting to offer freshly ground coffee, this grinder was designed to produce on average 3.5 kilos of coffee per day. It was developed to meet new market expectations, namely speed and intuitiveness.

Like the other grinders in the M80 range, the grinder is equipped with a hopper with a capacity of 1.2 kilos, and provides you with flat burrs of 63 mm in diameter.

Robust, precise, reliable, the M80 TP grinds and dispenses coffee on demand while offering a micro-adjustable grind. The grind quantity adjustment can be done automatically via the touchpad or manually. Ultra compact, it will fit all worktops and allow you to make grinds for:

• Espresso
• Moka
• Filter coffee
• V60

What distinguishes it from the rest of the M80 grinder range is its color touchscreen for selection and the fork for portafilter to collect the ground coffee.

Its interface, very simple to use, is available in 7 different languages. You can configure the doses to serve (single or double) as well as monitor in real time the wear rate and maintenance of your burrs.

The fork, made of stainless steel with rubberized non-slip ends, allows you not to detach the handle of your portafilter, thus ensuring ground coffee service in record time.

How to maintain my M80 TP grinder?

With each grinding, bean residue and oil traces accumulate on the burrs and the machine's chute. Eliminating them is essential to ensure the longevity of your machine. Well maintained, Quamar grinders can last a lifetime and will offer you quality coffee.

Daily maintenance

• Unscrew the hopper and clean it with a soft cloth to remove all grease deposits and dust left by the coffee.

Weekly maintenance

For weekly cleaning, here are the steps to follow:

• Remove all coffee beans from the hopper.
• Purge your grinder to remove the ground coffee stuck inside the grinder.
• Have it grind 30 g of grind.
