An advanced heating system: ABM.07

The Rancilio Classe 7 USB professional espresso machine features ABM.07 technology (Advanced Boiler Management). Do you pull coffees in succession and use steam or hot water simultaneously? The ABM.07 software activates the heating elements and anticipates temperature drops, while ensuring precise thermal stability.

Rancilio machine sensors have made thermal control more precise and immediate. The ABM.07 technology controls the machine's power consumption, reducing it to 2/3 of the value in locations with low available power.

It has independent heat exchangers. Thus, each group is connected to its own thermosiphon, offering consistent temperature from one coffee to the next.

An ergonomic and intuitive espresso machine

The Rancilio Classe 7 USB is a very intuitive and easy to program professional coffee machine. The USB system allows you to save or restore your machine settings. You can also view machine statistics.

The backlit Soft-Touch buttons and LCD screen enable very simple navigation and programming. The work area is also illuminated. It has two pressure gauges for pump pressure control and boiler pressure.

Patented steam functions (optional)

Do you want to offer milk-based drinks to your customers? The Rancilio Classe 7 USB can be equipped with an easy-to-use steam system with ergonomic handles: i-Steam, C-Lever Steam or You-Steam.

• i-Steam: For a 100% automatic milk foam equipped with a temperature sensor. Two adjustment buttons: the "Cappuccino" setting which heats and froths the milk and the "Latte" setting which simply heats it.
• C-Lever Steam : lift the handle up, it stays in position during the preparation of your milk foam. You can also adjust the steam intensity by pushing the handle down.
• You-Steam : designed for those who prefer manual control over their milk foam. The steam handle offers two positions: one to heat the milk and another that injects air to obtain an ideal milk foam.

Simplified cleaning thanks to Easy Clean

The Rancilio Classe 7 USB incorporates the Easy Clean technology. Pour in the cleaning product, press the button and the group cleaning starts automatically. A time saving significant for baristas, while ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
