This Giannino espresso grinder is the perfect companion for your Rocket Espresso coffee machine.
This version stands out with its refined aesthetic combining black stainless steel, genuine wood and chrome stainless steel.
Its flat steel burrs of 55 mm diameter have a new patented design, with a reduced mechanism for more uniform ground coffee.
Rocket Espresso managed to mount the burrs on this grinder by getting rid of the three screws (usually used on this type of grinder).
The result: better grind consistency.
The Giannino espresso grinder sits between the Faustino and the Fausto. Its very simple interface with a digital touchscreen to adjust your coffee doses in a very intuitive way.
The digital touchscreen is very easy to use. It allows you to:
- Choose between three coffee doses : single, double or triple.
- Increase or decrease the distribution time
- Dispense ground coffee in continuous distribution (manual mode), if you prefer.
The grinder will retain the last mode configured before shutdown.
The Giannino is a quality espresso grinder, with a stainless steel body, a beautiful aluminum dial to adjust the grind and an adjustable steel fork in height for your portafilter.
The adjustment is micrometric, ideal for achieving the precision needed with a semi-pro manual espresso machine.
The hopper can hold up to 320 g of coffee beans.
