This Rooibos from Dammann Frères pays tribute to the famous American cake, carrot cake. It unfolds gourmet notes, both woody and spicy, of cinnamon, ginger, almond, pecan nut and biscuit.
Its preparation is very simple: steep one dose per cup (about 2g) in water at 90°C for 4 to 5 minutes. This comforting and indulgent drink will delight young and old alike!
