FIRST LINE
Explore the rooibos Earl Grey creation by terra Etica. This preparation combines branches and stems of rooibos hand-harvested to retain only the best elements. After drying, the branches receive an orange and bergamot flavouring reproducing the characteristic flavours of an Earl Grey. Unlike a traditional Earl Grey based on black tea, the Terra Etica formula relies on rooibos which delivers a coppery hue as well as mellow and honeyed accents.
Rooibos has the major advantage of being devoid of theine, thus allowing it to be enjoyed at any time and introduced to the youngest. The preparation steps deserve particular attention. For one sachet, prepare 20 cl of water, bring it to 90° Celsius then immerse your sachet for a duration of 4 to 5 minutes.
