A fruity and indulgent rooibos

The Fruits and Flowers of the Sun rooibos is a rooibos flavored with strawberry, vanilla, and grapefruit, enhanced with sunflower and cornflower petals. The creation from Compagnie & Co can be enjoyed in any season. In winter as a hot version to bring a touch of sunshine, and in summer to savor its fruity sweetness iced. Rooibos contains neither theine nor tannin, so it can be drunk at any time of day, by young and old alike

To prepare a rooibos, heat water to 100°C, taking care not to bring it to a boil. Let the water rest for a few minutes, then steep 2 grams of preparation for 20 cl of water for 5 minutes. Once the infusion time has elapsed, remove the infuser, your drink is ready.
