Presented in loose leaf, it is easy to measure (approximately 4 g per mug). Simply steep it in water brought to 100°C for about 6 minutes. Free from any theine, this rooibos can be steeped for a shorter or longer time according to your preferences, without fearing the appearance of bitterness.
Ingredients : rooibos, hawthorn, thyme (9%).
