Rooibos is a particularly beneficial drink for health. This Rooibos à la folie from Compagnie & Co contains Goji berries and coriander, making it even more delicious, but also rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. It is an ideal drink, both indulgent and comforting, and perfect for your well-being.
Rooibos is caffeine-free, so it can be drunk from morning to evening, including by children (it's an excellent alternative to hot chocolate for example).
To prepare it, it's as simple as for any loose leaf tea. Steep a portion of your Rooibos à la folie in water at 85°C for about three minutes. If you desire a stronger taste, you can extend the infusion without fear of bitterness.
