The Saeco Lirika represents the entry-level of professional coffee machines.It offers several advantages, including simple operation, drink quality that positively surprised me, as well as excellent value for money.
However, the Cappucinator nozzle requiring to prepare milk-based drinks in two steps is a real drawback for this machine. For better user comfort, I recommend the Lirika OTC One Touch , which allows you to make a cappuccino with a single press.
I must also warn you that the Saeco Lirika is intended only for a small office (maximum 10 people) or a small business (15 coffees daily). The technology integrated in the Lirika is similar to that of domestic coffee machines. Too intensive use could damage the machine and cause malfunctions.
