TheespressoSage Bambino Plus integrates a heating system exclusive to the Sage brand. The Thermojet is a powerful thermoblock allowingwater temperature rise in a closed circuit in just 3 seconds. Of course, since the machine is equipped with a stainless steel group head, you will need to wait approximately 2 minutes for all components in contact with the coffee to reach optimal temperature.

The Sage Bambino Plus is equipped with astainless steel group headfor better thermal stability. With a 54 mm portafilter and equipped with pressurized filters, it allows extractions with 19 grams of ground coffee. This dosage is similar to that of larger diameter group heads, allowing the Bambino Plus to make delicious espressos. Thanks to the PID system (without screen, non-adjustable), you can be sure the temperature will always be optimal, as the machine manages its stability.

The Bambino Plus has two backlit buttons on the front, which allow you to adjust thepre-infusiontime and thecoffee volumedesired in the cup, you save the drink as you like it!

Pre-infusion is the low-pressure infusion phase that allows you to moisten your grind to bring out all the aromas.

An integrated sensor in the drip tray measures the pitcher temperature to preserve all the milk nutrients.
