The espresso machine Sage Bambino Plus features a heating system exclusive to the Sage brand. The Thermojet is a powerful thermoblock allowing water heating in a closed circuit in just 3 seconds. Of course, since the machine is equipped with a stainless steel group, you will need to wait approximately 2 minutes for all components in contact with the coffee to reach optimal temperature.

The Sage Bambino Plus is equipped with a stainless steel coffee group for better thermal stability. With a 54 mm portafilter and equipped with pressurized filters, it allows for extractions with 19 grams of ground coffee. This dosage is similar to that of larger diameter groups, which allows the Bambino Plus to make delicious espressos. Thanks to the PID system (without screen, not adjustable), you can be certain that the temperature will always be optimal, as the machine manages its stability.

The Bambino Plus has two backlit buttons on the front, which allow you to adjust the pre-infusion time and the amount of coffee desired in the cup, you save the drink according to your preferences!

Pre-infusion is the low-pressure infusion phase that allows you to moisten your grind to bring out all the aromas.
