The SAGE Barista Express Impress espresso machine represents the evolution of the famous Barista Express, the brand's best-selling model worldwide over the past five years.
Like its big sister, the Barista Express Impress SES876BST4EEU1 black stainless steel features an elegant black stainless steel bodywork. Its integrated grinder features quality stainless steel conical burrs, accompanied by a system of 25 settings distinct to obtain the perfect grind according to the coffee beans selected.
SAGE offers single wall filters, as well as pressurized filters, usable with pre-ground coffee, a practical solution for guests who prefer decaffeinated coffee.
This SAGE Barista Express Impress coffee machine will allow you to easily make all your favorite caffeinated drinks, from espresso to cappuccino. The world of the Barista is open to you!
The Impress Puck system of the Sage espresso grinder machine: The perfect dose with less effort
The new Impress Puck system from SAGE is a true innovation. It facilitates the grinding, dosing and tamping steps to deliver the ideal dose. Insert your portafilter into the space provided under the grinder to start grinding the coffee. The dose is calculated automatically based on the last coffee extracted. The grinder distributes the ground coffee evenly in the filter.
Tamping is done via the lever located on the side of the machine. However, the SAGE Barista Express Impress is not limited to simple tamping. Indeed, the Impress Puck system reproduces the barista's gesture thanks to a pressure of 10 kg and a pro twist of 7° on the coffee puck. This straight and uniform tamping ensures optimal extraction. The tamping lever requires zero effort, the machine handles everything.
In addition, a light indicator tells you if the amount of ground coffee is adequate during tamping. Otherwise, the system will record the result and correct the dose for the next extraction.
Creamy milk foam and hot water to personalize your favorite drinks with your Sage coffee machine
The SAGE Barista Express Impress espresso machine allows you to prepare one or two cups of coffee. It also features a hot water outlet specific (next to the steam wand), ideal for warming your cups, making a long coffee or offering tea to your guests, for example.
The appliance is equipped with a powerful 360° rotating stainless steel steam wand to find the perfect angle. Steam is delivered at 130° C, allowing you to obtain ideal micro-foam for cappuccino. A stainless steel milk jug is supplied with the SAGE Barista Express Impress for you to practice Latte Art.
Furthermore, the PID and the fast heating Thermocoil system Thermocoil (integrated stainless steel water circuit), regulate the water temperature and ensure excellent thermal stability, in order to reveal all the aromas of an excellent specialty coffee.
