The SAGE Barista Express Impress espresso machine represents the evolution of the famous Barista Express, the brand's best-selling model worldwide over the past five years.
Like its predecessor, the Barista Express Impress SES876BTR4EEU1 Black Truffle features an elegant stainless steel body, enhanced with a black truffle color finish. Its integrated grinder features high-quality stainless steel conical burrs, offering a 25-setting system to achieve the perfect grind according to the coffee bean selected.
SAGE has included single-wall filters, as well as pressurized filters, usable with pre-ground coffee, a practical solution for guests wanting decaffeinated coffee.
This SAGE Barista Express Impress coffee machine will allow you to easily make all your favorite caffeinated drinks, from espresso to cappuccino. The world of the Barista is open to you!
The Impress Puck : systemThe perfect dose without effort
The brand new Impress Puck system from SAGE marks a true revolution. It facilitates the grinding, dosing and tamping steps to deliver the ideal amount. Insert your portafilter into the designated spot under the grinder to start grinding the coffee. The dose is calculated automatically based on the last extracted coffee. The grinder distributes the ground coffee evenly in the filter.
Tamping is done via the lever on the side of the machine. But the SAGE Barista Express Impress is not limited to simple tamping. Indeed, the Impress Puck system reproduces the barista's gesture thanks to a pressure of 10 kg and a professional 7° twist applied to the ground coffee puck. This uniform and straight tamping ensures optimal extraction. The tamping lever requires no effort, the machine does everything for you.
Furthermore, a light gauge signals if the amount of ground coffee is adequate during tamping. Otherwise, the system will record the result and correct the dose for the next extraction.
A creamy milk foam and hot water to customize your favorite drinks
The SAGE Barista Express Impress espresso machine prepares one or two cups of coffee. It also features an independent hot water outlet independent (positioned next to the steam wand), ideal for preheating your cups, making an Americano, or offering tea to your guests, for example.
The appliance features a powerful 360° C rotating stainless steel steam wand to adopt the perfect position. Steam is delivered at 130° C, allowing you to create ideal microfoam for cappuccino. A stainless steel milk jug is included with the SAGE Barista Express Impress for practicing Latte Art.
Furthermore, the PID and the Thermocoil system with rapid heating (integrated stainless steel water circuit), regulate the water temperature and guarantee excellent thermal stability, allowing you to reveal all the aromas of an excellent specialty coffee.
