The Sage Barista Pro espresso machine is classified as semi-automatic. This means that apart from handling the portafilter step by step, the machine manages the entire process.

The integrated grinder with a 250 g hopper is easily adjustable and will cleanly distribute the grind quantity up to 22 grams desired in the filter, thanks to the clean distribution when the portafilter is positioned.

Once the coffee is ground, you can tamp your grind using the provided tamper.

The coffee part does not lack adjustment possibilities, you can master the temperature as well as the brewing of your coffee in duration.
The machine will then perform your extraction according to your programming, all you have to do is enjoy.

The Sage Barista Pro features a digital display allowing easy selection of machine settings to prepare the beverage of your choice.

But that's not its only asset. Thanks to a fast and reliable heating system, the thermojet, this machine guarantees the success of your espresso, notably with a 54 mm stainless steel portafilter and such efficient pressurized filters. The advantage of pressurized filters lies in the ability to extract good coffee, even without perfect mastery of the grind. They can also help you out when you want to serve decaffeinated coffee to your guests with pre-ground coffee. The two single filters also provided will allow you to progress and learn to extract an espresso according to the rules of the art.

In addition, the Barista Pro is equipped with the tamper that attaches magneticallypositioned on the side of the machine, which allows you to save space on your countertop and have it accessible at all times. Because details matter enormously for a successful espresso.

The espresso machine Barista Pro by Sage allows you to program two doses, but also to dispense hot water freely.

In addition to its 250-gram grinder, equipped with a timer and adjustable for uniform and adapted grinding, it is fitted with conical steel burrs, easily replaceable!

Maintenance: To extend the life of your Sage espresso machine and for optimal results in the cup, it is recommended to use a water filter (or previously filtered water).
