The Sage The Oracle espresso machine belongs to the semi-automatic coffee machine category. This means that apart from gradually manipulating the portafilter, the machine handles all operations.
The integrated grinder with conical stainless steel burrs adjusts effortlessly. The hopper holds up to 280 g of coffee beans.
The automatic trigger dispenses the desired grind dose as soon as the portafilter is positioned.
Once grinding is complete, a lever on the side allows you to perform the tamping ideal.

For early risers, Sage has also integrated a dedicated "Americano" button that pours a double espresso into a cup followed by hot water via a small specific tap.
The PID regulates the temperature while the OPV ensures a stable pressure, thus ensuring always impeccable beverage preparation.
Equipped with a dual boiler and a thermoblock integrated into the group, the temperature rise is both fast and reliable, with thermal stability guaranteed!
Furthermore, an automatic pre-infusion at low pressure allows for extracting the full aroma of your coffee.

With the included stainless steel milk jug, no additional equipment is needed.
The machine is intuitive to use: simply adjust the texture of foam desired for your beverage (or let the preset programs operate), then position the jug.
A probe is positioned on the drip tray, allowing the machine to control the precise temperature to offer you perfect milk froth, with the expected texture.
You can customize the temperature and the foam texture desired, all that's left is to create beautiful latte art in your cup.

It retains the great qualities of the Touch while remaining more accessible.
The main differences concern the programming.
The Oracle Touch offers pre-recorded drinks, 8 customizable profiles and a touchscreen, while the Oracle offers two programmable doses!
This proves largely sufficient given the repeatability precision in making these drinks, the espresso is of remarkable quality. The brand's know-how is found in every cup.
No variation in temperature, extraction quality or tamping was observed.
