The PID manages temperature while the OPV ensures constant pressure, thus ensuring optimal beverage preparation every time.

Equipped with a dual boiler and a thermoblock integrated into the group, heat-up is both fast and reliable, with thermal stability guaranteed!

For milk beverage enthusiasts, Sage has equipped this The Oracle machine with its famous automatic milk frothing system.

With the supplied stainless steel milk jug, no additional equipment is needed.

Use is simplified: simply adjust the texture of foam desired for your beverage (or let the predefined programs activate), then position the jug.

A probe is positioned on the drip tray, allowing the machine to control the exact temperature to offer you ideal milk foam with the expected texture.
