The Sage The Oracle Touch espresso machine is considered a manual semi-automatic machine: apart from handling the portafilter step by step, the machine takes care of everything.

The integrated grinder with stainless steel conical burrs is easily adjustable. It automatically grinds, doses, and tamps 22 grams of coffee into the portafilter, exactly like a professional barista espresso machine. The hopper can hold up to 280 g of coffee beans. 

The automatic trigger dispenses the desired amount of grounds when the portafilter (or brew group) is in place.

Once grinding is complete, a lever on the side of the machine allows you to tamp perfectly.

The coffee side is equally impressive in terms of settings. You can take control of the temperature as well as thebrew time of your coffee. The machine will perform your extraction as you programmed it, all that's left is to enjoy.

Digital touchscreen to select your favorite drink

The Sage The Oracle Touch Black Truffle is equipped with a digital touchscreen that allows you to choose the drink you want to prepare.

The icons associated with the drink name make it easy to find the one you'll crave: Americano, Espresso, Latte, Flat White and Cappuccino.

Making an Americano is a good example of complete automation of the process: this drink will be made from a double espresso, then a separate spout will finish filling the cup with hot water.

Program each family member's favorite drink

The Oracle Touch espresso machine SES990BTR4EEU1 by Sage allows you to customize up to 8 drink profiles.

After programming your drink, you can assign it the name of your choice so that each family member has their own personal recipe accessible in a single click. The machine takes care of the rest.

Latte art will become child's play thanks to the automatic wand

Sage has also equipped this machine with its famous automatic milk frothing system. Using the included stainless steel milk jug, no additional equipment is necessary. Operation is intuitive: simply select the desired foam texture for your drink (or let the machine use the preset programs), then position the jug. Furthermore, thestainless steel steam wand isself-cleaning !

A sensor is positioned on the drip tray, allowing the machine to control the exact temperature to offer you perfect milk foam with the expected texture.

You can adjust the temperatureand the foam texture as desired, then you'll just need to create beautiful latte art in your cup.
