The Bambino Black truffle: The little gem of home espresso

Thanks to its Thermojet system, the Bambino ensures water temperature rise in just 3 seconds, which optimizes aroma extraction. Equipped with a stainless steel group head, the machine requires approximately 2 minutes of preheating to ensure optimal extraction.

The Bambino features a PID controller that digitally regulates water temperature, ensuring optimal aroma extraction. This machine uses a two-phase extraction process: a gentle pre-infusion to release the aromas, followed by a powerful extraction at 9 bars. This combination guarantees beautiful quality in the cup to enjoy your favorite coffee!

With its stainless steel group head and 54 mm portafilter, the Bambino allows you to extract 18 g of coffee for a perfect espresso. With an espresso grinder, you can also use the supplied single filters (1 and 2 cups). Equipped with the Thermojet and a stainless steel steam wand, the machine produces a creamy microfoam at 93°C for successful cappuccinos. You will obtain an ideal microfoam for your favorite drinks (latte, cappuccino...).

Baratza Encore ESP black coffee grinder for espresso

The ESP grinder ensures uniform grinding, essential for quality espresso. The conical burrs of 40 mm in steel of type M2 ensure uniform grinding. The Baratza Encore ESP grinder comes with a 300 g hopper, a 120 g grounds bin and a cleaning brush.

Its dual adjustment system (1-20 for espresso, 21-40 for filter) allows precise control of the grind.

The Baratza Encore ESP grinder features a unique speed control, which regulates burr rotation at 550 rpm. This reduced speed helps limit heat (to avoid burning the coffee), noise and static electricity production.

Thanks to its dosing cups (54 and 58 mm), the Encore ESP simplifies the transfer of ground coffee.
