The espresso machine Sage The Bambino features the Thermojet heating system exclusive to the Sage brand.

The Thermojet is a high-performance thermoblock that heats water in a closed circuit in just 3 seconds. Of course, since the machine is equipped with a stainless steel group, it will take about 2 minutes for all components in contact with the coffee to reach the ideal temperature.

The Bambino is the little sister of the Bambino Plus: more compact but with the same quality finishes and the same cup result.

Other differences with the Bambino Plus: fewer settings, a steam wand without Auto MilQ function, and simpler maintenance.

Simple and precise extraction for espresso

The Sage The Bambino uses digital temperature control technology (integrated non-adjustable PID) to ensure water at the proper temperature necessary for precise extraction.

This machine works by performing a pre-infusion at low pressure (to extract all the aromas from your coffee), followed by a 9-bar extraction (the perfect pressure to make an espresso). This combination ensures beautiful cup quality to enjoy your favorite coffee!

Like its big sister, The Bambino is equipped with a stainless steel coffee group for better thermal stability, a 54mm portafilter, and pressurized filters (single or double) to make extractions with 18 grams of ground coffee. If you have an espresso grinder, you can also use the provided single filters (1 and 2 cups).

The Sage The Bambino has two backlit buttonss on the front (for one or two cups). You can easily adjust the desired amount of coffee in the cup and save your choice.

A powerful steam wand for your milk-based drinks

The stainless steel steam wand uses the Thermojet system to generate optimal pressure at 93°c. This allows you to obtain a perfect microfoam for all your favorite drinks (latte, cappuccino...).

The milk pitcher provided with the machine allows you to practice and create beautiful milk foam!

Two buttons are positioned on the front of the machine to activate the wand: one for steam, the other for dispensing hot water (ideal for preparing an americano or tea).

The Bambino by Sage is an excellent entry-level manual espresso machine, perfect for those wanting to switch to ground coffee and create their own milk-based recipes.

For a more aromatic coffee, we recommend grinding your beans at the time of extraction.

The pressurized filters allow you to use a compact grinder entry-level.
Regarding single filters, we recommend a grinder specifically designed for espresso.

Delivery contents: Stainless steel milk pitcher, tamper, pressurized filter 1 cup, pressurized filter 2 cups, single filter 1 cup, single filter 2 cups, double spout aluminum portafilter, filter cartridge with its holder, steam wand and filters cleaning tool, descaling powder.

Maintenance: To optimize the lifespan of your Sage Bambino espresso machine and ensure optimal cup quality, using a filter cartridge (or pre-filtered water) is recommended. Also remember to descale your machine regularly according to the manufacturer's instructions (consult the manual) and clean the accessories frequently.
