The Bambino's Thermojet system ensures instant heating in 3 seconds, guaranteeing optimal extraction temperature. Thanks to its stainless steel group head, the machine ensures a stable and uniform temperature after approximately 2 minutes of preheating.

Equipped with an integrated PID, the Bambino ensures precise regulation of water temperature, essential for optimal extraction. This machine's extraction system, combining low-pressure pre-infusion and 9-bar extraction, allows optimal extraction of coffee's aromatic compounds. Thanks to this method, each cup reveals the complexity and finesse of your coffee.

The Bambino features a stainless steel group head, a 54 mm portafilter and pressurized filters, allowing precise extraction of 18g of coffee. If you own an espresso grinder, you can also use the provided single filters (1 and 2 cups). The Thermojet propels powerful steam at 93°C through the stainless steel wand, ideal for your favorite drinks (latte, cappuccino...).

Baratza Encore ESP white coffee grinder for espresso

The Encore ESP coffee grinder is the grinder designed for espresso grinding. The 40 mm conical steel burrs M2 type are manufactured in Europe. The grinder comes with a 300 g hopper, a 120 g grounds bin and a cleaning brush for easy maintenance.

This machine's dual adjustment system allows micro-adjustments from 1 to 20 for espresso and macro-adjustments from 21 to 40 for gentler methods, offering an extremely wide adjustment range.

The Encore ESP's unique speed control, set at 550 rpm, optimizes extraction by minimizing heat and static electricity production.

The Baratza Encore ESP is equipped with 54 and 58 mm anti-static dosing cups for precise transfer of ground coffee to the portafilter.
