Successful espresso without complication with the Bambino Stainless Steel

The Sage Bambino revolutionizes espresso preparation thanks to its Thermojet system that brings water to temperature in a closed circuit in just 3 seconds. To guarantee optimal extraction, it is recommended to preheat the machine, equipped with a stainless steel group head, for about 2 minutes.

The Sage Bambino uses precise PID regulation to maintain water at the ideal temperature and ensure perfect extraction. The low-pressure pre-infusion evenly moistens the coffee, before a 9-bar extraction to reveal the full range of aromas. This synergy ensures you an exceptional coffee, rich in aromas and perfectly balanced.

The Bambino, equipped with its stainless steel group head and pressurized filters, expresses the full potential of your 18g of coffee. With an espresso grinder, you can also use the included single-wall filters (1 and 2 cups). The stainless steel Thermojet steam wand delivers steam at 93°C under high pressure. You will achieve a perfect microfoam for your favorite drinks (latte, cappuccino...).

Baratza Encore ESP black coffee grinder for espresso

The 40 mm conical steel burrs of M2 type are manufactured in Europe. They ensure uniform grinding. The Baratza Encore ESP grinder comes with a 300 g hopper, a 120 g grounds bin and a cleaning brush.

With its two adjustment ranges (1-20 and 21-40), this device adapts to all grind sizes, from fine grind for espresso to coarse grind for filter.

The reduced burr speed of 550 RPM on the Encore ESP limits heat, noise and static electricity, thus preserving the freshness of aromas.

The included anti-static dosing cups (54 and 58 mm) reduce coffee loss when transferring to the portafilter.

Maintenance:To extend the lifespan of your Sage espresso machine and achieve optimal results in the cup, the use of a filter cartridge (or previously filtered water) is recommended.
