Once dosed,the coffee isautomatically tampedin the 58 mm portafilter,thus eliminating any human variable and ensuring optimal extraction.Before extraction,the Oracle Jet performs apre-infusionto moisten the coffee grounds,which allows for more uniform extraction and reduces bitterness.
The Sage Oracle Jet barista guide is anintelligent featureintegrated into the machine that guides you step by step in preparing your espresso.This true personal assistant helps you achieve optimal extraction every time,by analyzing your coffee parameters in real time and suggesting adjustments if necessary.
It quickly detects if your espresso is under-extracted (too acidic taste) or over-extracted (bitter taste) and informs you.The extraction analysis system,combined with the barista guide,automatically adjusts the grind size to optimize flow time and ensure optimal extraction.

The AutoMilQ function has been perfected and now offerssettings for plant-based milks. Elle permet de calibrer la pression, la température et la durée de la vapeur en fonction du type de lait, garantissant une micro-mousse onctueuse et soyeuse dans les règles de l'art du latté.
L'Oracle Jet signée SAGE SES985BSS4EEU1 dispose d'une buse vapeur froide au toucher équipée d'un capteur de température de lait, ainsi que d'un pichet à lait intégrant un capteur qui contrôle la température du lait.
L'utilisation de la buse à lait peut se faire en mode automatique ou manuel. Une fois l'émulsion achevée, la buse effectue une purge automatique.
