The Sage The Oracle Touch Full Black espresso machine is a manual semi-automatic espresso machine: except for step-by-step portafilter handling, the machine manages the entire process.

The integrated coffee grinder with stainless steel conical burrs adjusts easily. It grinds, doses, and tamps 22 grams of coffee automatically directly into the portafilter, just like on a professional barista espresso machine. The hopper can hold up to 280 g of coffee beans. 

The automatic trigger dispenses the desired amount of ground coffee as soon as the portafilter (or percolator) is positioned.

Once grinding is complete, a lever on the side of the machine allows you to achieve the perfect tamp.

The coffee section also features numerous settings. You can control the temperature as well as thebrew time of your coffee. The machine will execute your extraction according to your parameters, all you have to do is enjoy.

Digital touchscreen to choose your favorite beverage

The Sage The Oracle Touch Full Black is equipped with a digital touchscreen that allows you to select the beverage you want to prepare.

The pictograms accompanying each beverage name help you easily spot the one you want: Americano, Espresso, Latte, Flat White and Cappuccino.

The preparation of the Americano perfectly illustrates the total automation of the process: this beverage is made from a double espresso, then a separate spout completes filling the cup with hot water.

Program the favorite drink of each family member

The Oracle Touch Full Black espresso machine by Sage allows you to customize up to eight drink profiles.

Once your drink is programmed, you can call it as you wish so that each family member has their drink with a single click. The machine handles the rest.

Milk foam made easy

Sage has also equipped this machine with its famous automatic milk frothing system. Thanks to the included stainless steel milk jug, no additional equipment is required. Operation is simple: just adjust the desired foam texture (or let the preset programs activate), then place the jug. Additionally, the stainless steel steam wand is self-cleaning !

A probe is positioned on the drip tray, which allows the machine to control the exact temperatureto offer you perfect milk foam with the expected texture.

It is possible to adjust the temperature and thefoam textureas desired, all that remains is to create beautiful latte art in your cup.

Maintenance : To extend the lifespan of your Sage espresso machine and optimize the result in the cup, the use of a filter cartridge (or previously filtered water) is recommended.
