Equipped with 50 grind settings and 8 automatic functions, the Smeg CGF03 coffee grinder allows for advanced customization according to extraction methods. Bold espresso or filter coffee, you master the grind fineness with accuracy. This grinder offers 3 grind levels: super fine / fine / medium.
It features dosing options for single or double espresso, a manual function for greater flexibility, as well as a hopper equipped with the Twist & Lock system. Lever and button navigation remains intuitive.
Fitted with stainless steel conical burrs, this grinder ensures bean fragmentation without heating, preserving aromatic integrity. Fine adjustments ensure optimal consistency, cup after cup.

Expert's opinion:
Ideal for beginners, the Smeg CGF03 grinder combines retro design and ease of use. Equipped with a conical burr and preset functions, it works well for gentle methods and filter coffee. However, note that the so-called "medium" grind tends more towards a coarse grind, which slightly reduces precision for some extractions.
Ergonomics remains a major asset, with its 240 g Twist & Lock hopper, non-slip base, and manual or preset modes for a single or double dose. The lever and button interface proves intuitive and pleasant for daily use. On the downside, there is fairly high retention and a somewhat loud noise level, elements to consider for frequent use.
This grinder is primarily intended for domestic use, perfect for enthusiasts wanting to discover freshly ground coffee without opting for a model that is too complex.
