Cosmai Caffè selected this coffee from the Finca Manille farm in San Ignacio located in the south west of Guatemala. On site, the farm cultivates several varieties at 1500 m altitude, including caturra and bourbon coffee beans which are part of the composition of this coffee, and uses the washed process to process its coffee.
In the cup, you discover a coffee with a beautiful crema whether in espresso or ristretto. During tasting, the body and persistence in the mouth allow you to appreciate intense aromas of honey, chocolate or even buttery notes.
