Which teas to choose for this summer?

Iced tea is the perfect drink for a summer season that is both indulgent and refreshing. We have selected three teas and infusions ideal for enjoying a fresh and flavorful summer:

• The iced hibiscus infusion with wild strawberry flavor from Maison Taillefer : this 100 g loose leaf format combines sweet and tangy, for everyone's pleasure. Ingredients : hibiscus 83.5%, strawberry pieces 6%, wild strawberry flavor 4.5%, hazelnut leaves.
• The peach iced tea from Dammann Frères : this tea bag is a green tea flavored with peach. Ingredients: Green tea, flower petals, flavors (peach blossom, peach).
• The L'irrésistible pamplemousse detox organic iced tea from Comptoir français du thé : this iced tea combines grapefruit and ginger aromas and is certified Organic Agriculture. Ingredients : organic green tea 81.3%, organic grapefruit peel 7.5%, natural grapefruit flavor, organic ginger pieces, organic sweet mint, organic rose petals. From organic agriculture. May contain traces of tree nuts (hazelnuts, almonds), milk and soy.

How to prepare your iced tea?

Almost all iced teas are cold-brewed. These three iced teas (packaged loose leaf or tea bags) are no exception.

Preparation is simple: let your iced tea steep for 2 to 6 hours in cold water (approximately 4°C) before serving, with or without ice cubes. You can also enhance your glass of iced tea with fresh fruits or aromatic herbs for an extra indulgent touch. Your iced tea keeps for at least 48 hours in the refrigerator.
