The culmination of Diego Samuel Bermudez's work, this little fruity bomb with sweet accents comes straight from Finca El Paraiso, nestled at 1700 meters altitude in El Tambo in the Cauca region of Colombia.
In the cup, you will find intense notes of iced peach tea, apricot jam, and passion fruit. A marvel in filter, very easy to extract, absolutely must try! Diego Samuel and his family have worked together to create a range of high-quality coffees with unmatched consistency. They focus on implementing new technologies in coffee production and their fermentation techniques are among the most advanced.
The company also places great importance on recycling water and coffee pulp, transformed into fertilizer. Diego has also designed eco-responsible dryers operating by condensation.
